Here we are again as I dust my jeans from crawling around on the floor diggin' through boxes of Records, I return with a treasure trove of booty from my spoils of War
Fresh out of the box's, barely unpacked & price tags still attached we have, among others:
Lightnin' Hopkins, Eddy Burns, Johnnie Lee Wills, Jesse Rogers, Lamarr Morris, POrter Wagoner, Jimmy King & a bunch more kings!
With Viva Las Vegas looming next week this may be my only chance to spin these new 45's for a little while!

OK so I really did buy that many records, after laying out all the keepers & rejecting the crooners & Bill Haley 45's, we dig further into the box's to bring out an eclectic mixture of Rock & Roll, Honky Tonk, Doo-Wop, Blues & a few undefinables (Hey I said the record Gods are picking the play list not me)

Sunday Morning 5:00 AM Highway 99 South, G-MINUS-MARK at thew wheel of his '67 Mustang heads South to be the early bird at the Eugene Record Show at the Eugene Hilton, as our hero greets the rising sun he snapps up the little 45 rpm records that begin to appear from box's & crates as the various record sellers begin to peddle their wares.
About three hours later he readies himself to hit the road with his box of 30 or 40 records, feeling that he's had an OK, but not great day of buying, with only a Coffee at Full City Coffee on Pearl Street on his mind he begins to leave, from out of the shadows steps a man, G-MINUS bends forward as the man begins to speak, "You're Leaving Right?" yeah he reply's, "You wanna buy everything on my table?" the man asks, Hell No! says our boy, They're gonna be Very cheap the man urges!
As the Mustang fires up & heads North, passers by wonder why it sits so low to the ground!
